Sugar Cookies

COOKIES:
1 Cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
4 1/2 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Cover surface with flour. Roll out to 1/2 in. thickness. Bake @ 350 for 13 min. Done when not shiny on top.

FROSTING:
8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 lb bag of powdered sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract (optional)
